I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with some ups and downs. The rooms were nice and comfortable, conveniently located near the elevator, drinks, and ice machine; however, they could have been fresher and more spacious. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there were some disappointing aspects during my stay. The location was convenient for some good dining options and attractions, but there were minor drawbacks related to distance and staffing. The dining experience offered standard, tasty fare with room for improvement. The overall facilities were adequate, but with room for enhancement in certain areas.
The hotel rooms were large, convenient, and very clean, with amenities like a refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave. The service was warm and friendly despite some unpleasant incidents. The location was a mix of older charm and some traffic during rush hour, but it was safe and convenient for exploring the San Francisco Area. The dining experience offered good choices with very good coffee every day. The facilities were generally pleasant, with a large parking lot and nice hotel ambiance.
The hotel was conveniently located for my needs and the staff were helpful, but the rooms were not clean and the stay was disappointing overall.
